Artinstring ("we", "the service") is a curated AI prompt library at artinstring.com run by Kalin in Spain. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for what happens with your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Subscription & billing
Pro is $12 USD per month or $120 USD per year, billed via Stripe. VAT is added where applicable based on your country. Cancel anytime — you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free.
Refunds are handled case-by-case via email. Within 7 days of charge with limited usage, refunds are routine. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of apparent abuse.
3. Quotas & fair use
Free tier: 3 image runs, 1 video run, 25 text generations per calendar month, all on Replicate. Pro tier: 200 / 30 / 1000. BYO-key runs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Fal.ai) are uncapped — you bring your own provider key and pay your own provider directly.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system (e.g. mass generation of policy-violating content, attempts to circumvent quotas, attempted extraction of operator-side credentials).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate, share, or distribute:
- Content involving minors in sexual contexts.
- Non-consensual sexual content of real people.
- Content that violates the policies of the underlying provider (Replicate, Fal, OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Content meant to deceive (deepfakes of real people for fraud, fake quotes attributed to real people, etc.).
- Content that violates intellectual-property rights.
- Anything illegal under Spanish or EU law.
Public-shared runs (anything you publish via /me/runs/[id] → Generate share link) must follow these same rules. We may remove shared runs at our discretion.
5. Ownership of outputs
Generated content is yours to use, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying model. We don't claim copyright over the outputs you generate.
Curated prompts and prompt templates are © Artinstring. You can use them freely as a paying or free user; you may not resell or redistribute them.
6. BYO API keys
If you configure provider keys in /me/settings, you authorize us to use them only to dispatch runs you initiate. Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted in-memory at run time. We never log keys, never share them, and they are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA guarantees. The service runs on a single VPS — outages happen. Inference providers have their own outages outside our control.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime by emailing [email protected]. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with email notice when possible.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for outputs of the inference providers, content you generate, or how you use it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll bump the effective date and email signed-in users when changes are material. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the operator's registered jurisdiction. Consumer rights under Spanish and EU law are unaffected.
